2025 Price Increase

Over the course of 2024, we have continued to deliver top-tier Automatic and Commercial Door Hardware products and solutions for your needs. As we navigate the same industry-wide challenges many are facing, we are writing to inform you of a List Price (MSRP) increase that will go into effect January 1, 2025.

Key factors behind this price revision include:

• Inflationary Pressures: Economic inflation has driven up the costs of raw materials, production, and transportation, all of which impact our operations and the products we provide.
• Increased Labor Expenses: To retain a skilled and dedicated workforce, we have experienced rising labor costs due to market conditions and our commitment to fair employee compensation.

Even with these obstacles, we remain committed to delivering exceptional quality and service. This price adjustment will allow us to continue investing in our workforce, technology, operations, and manufacturing, ensuring we consistently meet and exceed your expectations.

The price increase will be 3.9% across the List Price/MSRP for all Automatic Door Lines.

Product line Increases are as follows: Automatic Door Products

• New Parts (Service Parts) including items such as decals, pivots, carrier rollers, bottom guides, drive belts, and extrusions (thresholds, glass stops, bottom/top tracks).
• Re-Manufactured Products (Rebuilt) including mechanical operators, gearboxes, motors, and electrical controls.

OEM Commercial Door Hardware is not included in this increase and we will continue to follow suit with the manufacturers as those increases are implemented.
