1. DESCRIPTION: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. "Cooling Towel" giveaway entry period Tuesday, July 26th, 2022, through Monday, August 8th, 2022, at 11:59 pm, CST ("Sweepstakes Entry Period") Door Controls USA is the sponsor and administrator of this sweepstakes ("Sponsor" or "Administrator").
2. ELIGIBILITY: This Giveaway is open to residents of the United States residing in all 50 states ("Eligible State"), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of the Giveaway ("Entrant"). Employee Employees of Sponsor, their advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of this Giveaway, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entity, their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, service providers, prize suppliers and fulfillment companies, any other person or entity associated with this Giveaway (collectively, the "Giveaway Entities") are ineligible to enter or win this Giveaway.
3. HOW TO ENTER: Sign up to our newsletter “Get In The Loop” and receive an entry located at Door Controls USA | Get in the Loop (the "Website"). All Giveaway entries must be received within the Giveaway entry period.
4. PRIZES (30): Prize will be a DCU Cooling towel. Prize details are at the sole discretion of Administrators. Other restrictions may apply. Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant that Administrator determines to be in violation of any term contained in these Official Rules.
5. ODDS OF WIINING: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
6. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT: The winners ("Selected Entrant"), randomly selected from among all eligible Giveaway Entries. Winner, will be announce according to the schedule set forth above. The selected Winner will be notified within 48 hours of being selected. Winners will be announced 1-2 days after end of giveaway.
7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION/RELEASES: All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. By participating, each Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Giveaway Entities, which shall be final in all respects. By participating in this Sweepstakes and/or by accepting any prize that he or she may win, each Entrant agrees to release the Giveaway Entities and each of their' respective successors, employees, agents, representatives, and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Giveaway and/or acceptance or use of a prize. Each Entrant authorizes the Giveaway Entities to use his/her name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, and on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
