Colby Simmons

I have 2 beautiful girls, Ryleigh and Abilene that have me wrapped around their finger. If I’m not spending time with them, you will find me watching sports. (Don’t start talking sports with me unless you are in for a long call)! Otherwise, I am hunting for pigs, fishing, or pretty much-doing anything outdoors. I am a very “hands-on” person. I have remodeled our entire house, worked on heavy construction equipment, and many other things that have brought me joy. Something about fixing things with my own two hands gives me extreme satisfaction. Never in a million years did I expect to sit behind a desk for 8 hours a day and enjoy it. In late 2018, DCU decided to take a chance on me, even though I had no field experience. After some rigorous training, I now enjoy working with technicians and helping them fix doors remotely. I get the same sense of accomplishment all while being able to help others at the same time. DCU has given me a great opportunity and treated me like family since day 1. That is why I LOVE my company and strive to do the best for you on every call.
